Aniimo Held Items: all 24 effects, and which one to give each Aniimo

The game recommends a Held Item for every Aniimo, and the recommendation follows the role: Gargantuan Horn for Break Aniimo, Ferocious Fang for DPS, Spirited Feather for Support, Regen and Heal. The other 21 items are not recommended for any species: their effects are conditional, so pick them for your team.

Held Items unlock at Student III. Each one gives up to three buffs: a Base Attribute Bonus, a Core Effect and an Advanced Effect. How the system works (enhancing, cores, contracts) is in training your Aniimo; this page goes through all 24 items.

What the game recommends

From the game files: every Aniimo has a recommended Held Item, and the recommendation depends only on its role.

RoleRecommended itemAniimo
BreakGargantuan Horn26
DPSFerocious Fang29
Support, Regen, HealSpirited Feather30 (18 Support, 7 Regen, 5 Heal)

These three items boost the role’s attribute. The Ferocious Fang, for instance: “Equipped Aniimo gain 0.7 additional ATK per level”, then “ATK +2” at Epic quality, and at Legendary quality “Damage Amp +10%. Effect doubles if ATK is above 15.”

Every Aniimo page now shows the item the game recommends for it, in the right-hand column.

Three qualities, three effects

Each item comes in Rare, Epic and Legendary quality. According to the game files, the Rare version only has the Base Attribute Bonus, Epic adds the Core Effect and Legendary the Advanced Effect. Each item page shows the quality from which every effect applies.
